процедура риск-менеджмента, при которой поручения на перевод активов остаются невыполненными (стоят в "очереди") инициатором сделки/поставщиком или расчетной системой до тех пор, пока на клиринговом счете инициатора/поставщика не будет достаточного количества активов, обеспечивающих исполнение сделки, или количество активов не будет соответствовать лимитам, установленным для лица, осуществляющего платеж
